Ted Piercefield

I have so many people to thank for their help in making this CD.

First, I MUST thank those people who made it possible to do this, by their contributions to my funding campaign. They include.... in no particular order:

Julian Sparks, Jerry and Pam Sikorski, Danny McNeal, Jim Manley, David Sitzes, Jerry Heere, Nathan Goebel, Andy Stobie, Jim Kuzianik, Rob Smeets, Mike, Chris and Joe Kuszay, Kevin Seeley, and a couple others who wish to remain anonymous. You folks made it possible for me to upgrade my studio equipment, which has made it possible to produce my music.

Next I would like to thank all the players who gave their time and talents to my project, especially all the fine studio players, and members of the Louisville Orchestra, recommended by my musical friend of many years, Gary Falk. My thanks also extend to my friends, and ex-band mates, Dennis Johnson, Gary Smith, Clay Cropper and Augie Bucci for their wonderful contributions to my song "Love". You guys made my song what it has become.

Greg Wing, a music professor, teacher and professional trumpet player, did an amazing job playing "many" of the trumpet parts, in several songs, and also played the terrific and exciting high lead part, at the end of "Forever One". His powerful lead playing added exactly what my songs needed.

He is truly a wonderful player, terrific teacher, and great guy!! Thanks so much Greg.

Lars Ranch, principal Trumpeter of the Radio Symphony Orchestra in Berlin, Germany, and also the band leader of " Lars Ranch and the Swingin' Brass", did a "great" job on solos in two of my songs.

Lars made beautiful music on the flugel horn solos in both "Just For You" and "Forever One". He also traded trumpet solos with Greg Wing on the end of "Just for You". He is a fine, fine player, has a great band, and is one terrific guy! Thanks you so much Lars.

I can't say enough about these two wonderful players and their faith in my music! My most sincere gratitude for their time, faith, and talent.

I would also like to thank Danny McNeal for all of his technical support, help, and great contribution of his time and talent. He was a tremendous help to the whole project.

Also, suggesting some great ideas for the arrangements and trumpet parts were Larry Meregillano, Andy Stobie, and Angel Segarro. Thank you guys. Your help and suggestions were greatly appreciated.

Also, thank you Arturo Sandoval, for your kind words of encouragement about my music and my CD. Your words are always an inspiration.

I'd like to thank Chloe Costello also, for her assistance with the construction of my Website, making it possible for me to bring this music to you through the internet.

Finally, I would like to thank my Executive Producer, Chuck Gorino. He is a fine trumpet player in his own right, and 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and teaches in own Dojang. He has been a wonderful, helpful producer and friend. His "ears" have been invaluable! Without his support and help, the production of this CD would not have been possible. Thank you Chuck, and your wonderful wife Martica.

I'm sure I've left someone out, and I'm sorry about that.

I feel very blessed to have people who believe in what I'm trying to do, and have offered their help and support expecting nothing in return.

I saved the best for last. My wife of 32 years has been by my side through thick and thin. Without Molly Piercefield, not only would my music not be here...but neither would I. Music comes from within...and Molly is in both my heart and soul. My composition, "Forever One" was written for her. Her love and total support, are the things that inspired many of my songs. She is also, like some of the great players... "One of a kind"!

AND lastly.....Thank YOU, who are reading this now, for your time and interest in my music. Enjoy it. I made it for you!!
